Job Details

The IT Product Manager is responsible for the entire lifecycle of digital products, from strategic planning to tactical activities, ensuring the development and delivery of high-quality technology solutions that meet business needs. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, including IT infrastructure engineering, network, operations, applications and emerging technologies to drive product development and achieve successful outcomes.

Duties:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the organization s digital strategy and business objectives.
  • Define product objectives, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and success metrics to guide development and measure performance.
  • Continuously refine the product strategy based on feedback, market trends, and technology advancements.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, end-users, and market research.
  • Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including roadmaps, release plans, and feature definitions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals
  • Prepare and present reports, updates, and product demonstrations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch, growth, and maturity.
  • Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business value, technical complexity, and available resources.
  • Define and enforce quality standards for product releases.
  • Identify, mitigate, and monitor risks associated with product development and deployment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT product management or related roles.
  • Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with digital technologies, cloud platforms, data analytics, and enterprise systems.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
