Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PEO(Production Engineering & Operations) Solution Architect to support an Aerospace & Defense client on a critical SAP S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing SAP Production Engineering & Operations (PEO) out of the box, with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, data integration, and software development lifecycles within complex, regulated environments. Who can bridge the gap between business process and technical solution delivery a person who understands both SAP's manufacturing backbone (PEO, PP, PPDS) and the governance of large defense manufacturing programs. This is a client-facing, leadership-level role responsible for guiding solution design, overseeing functional testing, managing data migration requirements, and mitigating project risks.
- Be able to implement SAP PEO without heavy customization,
- Track and manage FRICEW progress,
- Guide project risk and roadmap, and
- Communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders.

Title: SAP PEO Solution Architect (Aerospace & Defense)
Location: 100% Remote, USA limits only
Client: Aerospace & Defense
- SAP PEO (out of the box) knowledge for an S/4HANA implementation
- The ability to understand and interpret Functional Specifications, develop test cases, and conduct Functional Unit Tests for PEO objects
- Thorough understanding of BOMs, Routings and Production orders
- Thorough understanding of systems architecture integration as it pertains to PEO
- SAP Software Development lifecycle
- Ability to track progress to completion for FRICEW objects and Functional Unit Testing
- Ability to coordinate software development demos, and Functional Unit Testing
- Ability to understand Technical Risk, and establish mitigation plans that will reduce likelihood and/or consequence
- Understanding Organizational Change Management (Training)
- Understanding of Project Management
