Job Details

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer with a strong focus on Paid Search to support our growing digital marketing efforts. This role plays a critical part in executing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns?including search, social, display, video, and both linear and connected TV. The ideal candidate is results-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently across a range of media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and manage search campaigns from start to finish, including keyword/ad copy development, tracking, and budget management.

Perform ongoing campaign optimization through bid adjustments, keyword expansion, negative keyword strategy, and A/B testing.

Regularly monitor platforms for bid opportunities, creative performance, and delivery issues.

Generate pacing and performance reports, proactively identifying areas for improvement.

Partner with peers across paid media channels to align cross-channel strategies.

Develop bid rule strategies at campaign, ad group, and keyword levels.

Stay current with platform best practices, tools, and optimization strategies.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Search campaigns.

Experience with SA360 (Search Ads 360) preferred.

Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, and data visualization).

Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in campaign execution.

Ability to work autonomously and provide clear recommendations to internal teams.

Preferred Experience:

Background in an in-house marketing team or digital agency setting.

Experience working directly with advertising platforms (Google or Microsoft).

Familiarity with programmatic buying or linear TV is a plus.
