Responsible for the completion of short-term IT projects.
Troubleshooting, Mobile, and Tablet experince.
Familiar with a variety of the Field Services concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks including Break-Fix and software support for a variety of computer equipment, physical site surveys and working in IDF and MDF rooms supporting the network infrastructure.
This contractor will primarily support AHNOC facility in Arlington Heights along with assisting if needed at both our NDC and AHNOC locations.
