This is contract to hire role and client is unable to sponsor. NO H1B.

Our client is seeking an SAP TPM (Trade & Transportation Management) Lead to design and implement global trade and transportation solutions as part of a greenfield SAP initiative. This role combines hands-on SAP functional expertise with strategic leadership to build scalable systems from the ground up.

You ll collaborate closely with technical teams, vendors (including Accenture), and business stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery covering architecture, configuration, compliance, and process integration across procurement, logistics, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP Trade Planning and Transportation Management (TMS) implementation.

  • Design and configure trade compliance workflows and transportation solutions.

  • Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and IT teams to align system capabilities with business goals.

  • Evaluate and integrate 3rd-party tools and SAP core modules for trade compliance and screening.

  • Drive project execution from strategy to hands-on delivery.

  • Communicate effectively across technical and business teams.

Qualifications:

  • 6 10 years of SAP experience with deep expertise in TPM, TMS, and Trade Compliance.

  • Strong techno-functional background (approx. 70% functional / 30% technical).

  • Hands-on experience building solutions in a greenfield environment.

  • Proficiency with SAP Core modules related to logistics, manufacturing, and trade.

  • Proven ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Prior experience in startup or fast-moving environments preferred.
