What you'll be doing...

• Overseeing one or more small to medium-sized IT projects of low to moderate complexity.
• Assembling project teams, assigning roles, and developing schedules to ensure project completion.
• Defining project requirements and implementing project modifications and development.
• Managing project costs, schedules and quality by overseeing project deliverables.
• Identifying potential project risks and implementing mitigation solutions.
• Managing stakeholder communication and expectations for project performance.
• Driving the project to ensure critical issues are identified and resolved.
• Diving into technical or functional details of the project to understand and help resolve issues.

The right person has...

• A Bachelor's degree (preferably in business administration, information technology, engineering or related field).
• 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a Healthcare setting.
• Experience with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), certification preferred.
• Experience working with project management methodologies and delivery assurance principles.
• Experience in IT system implementations and/or system maintenance activities.
• Knowledge and certification of ITIL methodology (preferred).
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
