Job Details

  • Experience in credit card domain: issuance, transactions, billing, disputes, rewards, fraud, and compliance (e.g., PCI DSS)
  • Strong database testing skills: validating stored procedures, SQL queries, triggers, and data integrity
  • Proficient in functional testing for web applications
  • Hands-on experience in UI testing and validation against business and design requirements
  • Skilled in API testing using Postman and SOAP UI
  • Good understanding of REST and SOAP-based services
  • Ability to design, execute, and validate API test scenarios independently
  • Working in Agile Scrum model with experience in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
  • Ability to estimate QA efforts accurately for planning and execution
  • Knowledge of deploying database changes and .NET applications in lower environments (DEV, QA)
  • Responsible for managing QA deliverables in the release process
    • Experience attending Pre-CAB and CAB meetings to present QA Change Requests (CRs) and secure approvals
  • Proficient in Git: branching, merging, conflict resolution, and version control best practices
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA for:
    • Sprint and release tracking
    • Dashboards and reporting
  • Strong onsite-offshore coordination skills:
    • Lead daily stand-ups and syncs
    • Manage task distribution and follow-ups
    • Ensure effective communication and alignment across teams
  • Expected to work onsite at least 3 days per week for collaboration and coordination (Atlanta)
  • Availability to support biweekly Sunday production deployments as part of the release process
