Description
Join our dynamic team as a senior backend engineer in a hybrid role, working three days onsite in [City, State].
This contract position involves developing and modernizing backend systems for financial products.
Key responsibilities include designing and programming modules, engaging in technical discussions, and maintaining code quality using various technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Engage in technical discussions and design sessions.
Collaborate with a fast-paced design and development team.
Deliver tasks efficiently to meet product release goals.
Maintain high code quality through best practices and testing.
Design interfaces and manage information exchange between modules.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field with 7 years of experience, or 5 years with a Master's, or 2 years with a PhD.
Strong knowledge of software design patterns and coding principles.
Experience with microservices architecture and databases.
Expertise in building scalable and highly available distributed systems.
Experience in agile software development methodologies.
