Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Work closely with development teams to design scalable solutions leveraging Microsoft technology stack (e.g., Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, .NET).
Partner with UI/UX designers to define user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes ensuring optimal usability and visual consistency.
Develop and maintain business process models, data flow diagrams, and system documentation.
Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Perform impact analysis, gap assessments, and support system integrations or modernization initiatives.
Serve as a liaison between business, technology, and design teams to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA, preferably in Microsoft environments.
Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies such as Azure services, Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
Experience with UI/UX processes, including user research, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Miro).
Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
