Description
We are looking for a dynamic Director of Product Management to lead the development and execution of innovative product strategies for our B2B SaaS platform. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in product lifecycle management and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive impactful solutions. Based in San Antonio, Texas, this position offers an opportunity to shape the future of our offerings while ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Responsibilities:
Define and manage product roadmaps in collaboration with executive leadership to align with corporate goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and address gaps.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute product strategies and deliver high-quality solutions.
Create detailed product specifications, including features, epics, and technical user stories, for development teams.
Drive integration of third-party services and build strategic partner networks.
Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and optimize performance.
Develop technical documentation to support stakeholders and ensure clarity in product delivery.
Engage with users to gather insights, address pain points, and refine product designs.
Oversee sprint planning and manage iterative product development cycles.
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to articulate feature benefits and execute go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of eight years of experience in managing B2B SaaS-based products and services.
Proficiency in front-end programming languages such as JavaScript and Angular, and familiarity with back-end concepts like APIs, Node.js, and C#.
Extensive knowledge of payment technologies, including debt repayment, card processing, and ACH.
Proven track record in delivering technical features for financial institutions or credit unions.
Experience managing loan, credit, and debit card features.
Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog grooming, and bug tracking tools like Atlassian Jira.
Ability to balance hands-on management with team leadership to deliver results effectively.
