Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid days off based on tenure, up to 40 hours paid sick time, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.

Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and remote support tools.
Must have skills:
- Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Basic scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Bash).

- Good oral and written communication and be able to work independently
