Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Developer for a opportunity focused on modernizing legacy web applications. You will play a critical role in transforming our existing ASP.NET Web Forms (C#) applications into modern, responsive, and scalable web solutions using Angular. This position requires a developer with strong front-end development expertise, a keen eye for UI/UX design, and hands-on experience working with legacy .NET applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front-end modernization of legacy ASP.NET Web Forms applications.
  • Develop responsive, performant, and maintainable front-end components using Angular.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive user experience.
  • Implement and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries.
  • Analyze and refactor existing legacy code to align with modern web standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and sprint planning.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional front-end development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Angular (v10+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
  • Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms (C#) and transitioning from legacy front-end frameworks.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
  • Experience working with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with .NET Core or ASP.NET MVC.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to component libraries like Telerik or similar frameworks.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and browser compatibility best practices.
