Description

We are offering an opportunity to join our team in Weston, Florida as a Systems Administrator. This role involves working on-site and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems. The position is part of the telecom industry and requires a high level of proficiency in various software and systems. This is a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Creating and managing cases using a proprietary case management system

Reviewing CT Scans for conformity to specific protocols

Using specialized software to segment CT Scans and create 3D Anatomical Bone Models for use in Robotic Surgery

Creating Pre-Operative Surgical Plans using the Digital Bone Models for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement procedures

Reviewing CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for accuracy of anatomical landmark selection, and implant sizing and positioning

Uploading completed Pre-plans to field-based personnel

Documenting all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures

Ensuring consistent output by following work instructions meticulously

Utilizing customer service skills to resolve any issues or inquiries

Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites and Adobe Photoshop for various tasks.

Requirements

Must be proficient in Systems Administration

Requires excellent customer service skills

Knowledge of planning processes and procedures is necessary

Ability to ensure quality and conduct reviews

Familiarity with production methods is important

Must have strong English language skills

Digital communication skills are required

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suites is needed

Strong computer skills are key

Ability to work onsite is necessary

Case management skills are required

Knowledge of Assertion Markup Language and SharePoint Administration is a plus

Must be willing to work overtime when necessary

Surgical skills and familiarity with surgical positioning and replacement procedures are a plus

Ability to meet targets and work under pressure is crucial.
