CRM Manager
About the Role
We’re seeking a driven Sales & CRM Manager to lead a high-performing team while optimizing systems that enhance customer engagement and business growth. This role combines sales leadership, process development, and CRM ownership to improve visibility, retention, and operational efficiency. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure consistent messaging, accurate data, and a seamless customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle.
Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to meet and exceed defined revenue targets.

Establish measurable KPIs, maintain accountability, and monitor performance across all sales channels.

Manage the CRM platform to ensure clean data, optimized workflows, and accurate reporting.

Implement automations, dashboards, and analytics to improve sales visibility and decision-making.

Partner with marketing and operations to align campaigns, improve lead flow, and streamline customer touchpoints.

Design retention strategies that strengthen long-term client relationships and drive renewals.

Collaborate on strategic planning, pipeline forecasting, and quarterly performance reviews.

Use customer insights and metrics to identify growth opportunities and refine processes.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in sales management or business development with proven results in revenue growth.

3+ years of CRM system administration and optimization experience (any major platform).

Strong understanding of sales operations, forecasting, and lifecycle management.

Experience aligning sales with marketing, operations, and client success teams.

Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.

Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
