Job Description
Lead and generate technical solutions including specifying of requirements, functional decomposition, analysis, development, and testing for current, new and major programs. Lead development of software systems team design content and software anomaly corrections. Perform complex design analysis. Specify and balance system requirements. Hands-on software development and implementation in variety of programming languages supporting embedded and object-oriented development. Provide, communicate, and support common best practices among the software community. Perform as a subject matter expert for at least one platform or application component. Work collaboratively and effectively on team projects.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study. Three (3) years of experience as a MBD Staff Engineer in Test, Algorithm Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, or related occupation. Three (3) years of experience in the following: Full lifecycle software engineering; Object-oriented programming and C#.Net framework; C, C++, Java, or Python Programming; Automotive communication protocols and tools, data optimization methods and analysis, control systems development; Integration of real-time software, models, instrumentation, and testing tools; Embedded programming in C, Matlab and Simulink; Version control and change management tools including Git, and Jira; Unit, integration, and system testing using common frameworks including MSTest and XUnit; and Software development processes including agile, scrum and waterfall.
