What you'll do...
We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineer with 7-10 years of experience and deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React to lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native systems. This role focuses on integrating cutting-edge AI technologies-including LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic frameworks-into high-performance applications. You will architect microservices, build real-time data pipelines with Kafka and Cosmos DB, and deploy solutions on Azure using Kubernetes. As a technical leader, you'll drive CI/CD and DevOps excellence, mentor team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape the future of intelligent, distributed systems.

- Design, develop, and deploy highly available and scalable systems with a focus on AI and cloud-native solutions.
- Develop and optimize applications using Java, Spring boot, React, Java Script, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Implement and integrate AI-driven solutions, including LLM-based applications, Gen AI, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Build and maintain RESTful web services, Kafka queues, and Cosmos DB for real-time data processing.
- Leverage big data technologies such as Kafka to process and analyze large-scale datasets efficiently.
- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles.
- Deploy and manage applications on Azure cloud platforms, leveraging Kubernetes and other cloud-native technologies.
- Drive best practices in CI/CD, Dev Ops, and operational excellence for seamless deployments and system reliability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to define system architecture and development roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership, making design tradeoffs to balance long-term scalability with short-term execution needs.

What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade applications.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Spring boot, React, Java Script,
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, including LLM integrations, Prompt Engineering, Gen AI, and Agentic AI.
- Proficiency in Kafka, Cosmos DB, and RESTful web services.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing (Azure preferred), Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
- Experience in service-oriented architecture (SOA) and scalable system design.
- Expertise in Relational and No SQL databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops best practices, and operational excellence principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic tradeoffs in design decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including influence, consensus building, persuasion, and conflict resolution abilities.
