Job Details

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with various internal customers (e.g Legal/Legal Ops, Finance, Contract Ops, Revenue Ops) to understand their requirements for Contract Lifecycle Management Systems and capture Product Requirement Documents and User Stories for inclusion on the roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the Privacy and Security teams to understand their requirements for Data Privacy and Security and capture Product Requirement Documents and User Stories for inclusion on the roadmap.
  • Create business cases outlining projected impact for each initiative to be prioritized on the roadmap.
  • Drive alignment and communication with partners with conflicting demands.
  • Drive the execution of requirements by engaging and collaborating with engineering & design teams.
  • Effectively present information to technical or non-technical audiences ranging from team level meetings through to Executive briefs and updates.
  • Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements.
  • Test product features and communicate the rollout of capabilities to stakeholders.

What you need to Success:

  • 7+ years proven track record in software product management for Contract Lifecycle Management systems, managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, development, and support.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with interfacing with customers to understand their pain points and needs and how to solve them.
  • Practical knowledge of business processes, enterprise applications
  • Solid knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management is a must
  • Knowledge in Data Privacy and Cybersecurity preferred
  • Ability to understand complex integrations and organizational structures that support enterprise, commercial and partner selling motions.
  • Proven ability to lead and align multiple partners across various levels of organization and geographies.
  • Excellent conflict-resolution management skills; effectively facilitating teams to successfully resolve issues.
  • Attention to detail with a proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a distributed team across North America and India.
  • Must be self-motivated and comfortable, being held accountable for developing and executing plans and actions.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
  • MBA or equivalent strongly preferred
