Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive strategic decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, monitor performance, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics.

  • Analyze business trends and provide actionable insights.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements using data.

  • Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver appropriate solutions.

  • Create and present reports to support business planning and decision-making.

  • Ensure data integrity and security.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams on data-related projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

  • 1 3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.

  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas.

  • Experience with Python or R is a plus.

  • Ability to interpret and present data in a clear and concise manner.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in [industry-specific tools or domains like e-commerce, healthcare, finance].

  • Familiarity with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).

  • Understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling.
