We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Native Front-End Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of our mobile applications. As a front-end architect, you will define technical standards, drive front-end performance, and ensure seamless user experiences across platforms. This is a hands-on role involving architectural decisions, code reviews, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.________________________________________Key Responsibilities Define and evolve the front-end architecture of cross-platform mobile apps using React Native. Lead and mentor a team of developers to follow best practices in front-end design and development. Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, and Backend teams to translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions. Establish reusable component libraries and enforce design consistency. Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and maintainability. Evaluate and integrate third-party libraries, tools, and emerging front-end technologies. Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and code review processes for robust code quality. Ensure cross-platform compatibility and app store compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in the application lifecycle. Contribute to the overall mobile strategy and roadmap.________________________________________Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in front-end/mobile development, with at least 3+ years architecting React Native applications. Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native, Redux/MobX, and React Navigation. Strong knowledge of mobile design principles, interface guidelines, and best practices for both iOS and Android. Experience integrating native modules and bridging between native code and React Native. Proven experience with performance profiling, optimization, and memory management. Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and mobile security practices. Familiarity with build tools (Gradle, Xcode), CI/CD (e.g., Fastlane, GitHub Actions), and testing frameworks (Jest, Detox). Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor engineering teams.________________________________________Preferred Qualifications Experience with Expo or custom native module development.
