What You Will Do :

Guidehouse's Commercial Health IT Solutions team works with clients to measurably improve their technology outcomes through a mix of IT strategies, improvement in IT operations , and adoption of technology initiatives in cybersecurity, digital, AI, and data/analytics. By leveraging a deep understanding of health system IT operational best practices supported by data , Guidehouse drives mar IT operational improvement and technology adoption across departments and service lines at client provider organizations.

Senior Consultants have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. You will own project workstreams and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. Senior Consultants are expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. You will lead, coach and mentor consultants and ensure quality deliverables.

As you hone your project management skills, leadership abilities and the aptitude for managing multiple workstreams, you will have the opportunity to progress to the Managing Consultant level.

What You Will Need :
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • 3+ years of prior experience in Healthcare Automation and Healthcare Revenue Cycle/Finance
  • 3+ years of healthcare management consulting and/or professional services experience
  • 1+ years of executive consulting experience influencing C-Suite healthcare client on strategic decisions inclusive of selling, designing and implementing programs that deliver results
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Significant knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Track record of strong client service
  • Proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects
  • The ability to travel up to 50%


What Would Be Nice To Have :
  • Knowledge of Business Analytics software such as Access, SAS or R, and/or SQL
  • Understanding of market/financial analysis in context of healthcare provider needs
  • Additional qualifications include efficiency, flexibility, innovative problem-solving skills, a high level of motivation, and excellent organizational skills. Must be able to work well independently and within team structures.


The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
