Job Details
We are seeking a dedicated Tech Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional technical support.
<>Responsibilities</>- Provide level 1 technical support to independent sales agents and employees via phone and chat.
- Assist with password resets, browser troubleshooting, and website support.
- Set up hardware as needed and serve as a backup print operator for production print tasks.
- Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system to ensure effective problem management.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and support processes.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a telephone-based technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Experience with ticketing software for tracking and managing support requests.
- Familiarity with hardware setup and maintenance processes.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
