Job Details
Key Responsibilities
+ Design and manage land development projects (residential, commercial, and mixed-use)
+ Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and specifications
+ Partner with architects, planners, and engineers to ensure code compliance and project feasibility
+ Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
+ Maintain project timelines and budgets while optimizing resource use
+ Complete engineering calculations and technical analyses
+ Enforce safety standards and engineering best practices throughout all phases
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
+ 1 or more years of civil engineering experience, specifically in land development
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related design tools
+ Solid knowledge of local zoning laws, permitting, and regulatory requirements
+ Strong time management, organization, and communication skills
+ Analytical thinker with proven problem-solving abilities
