Agile Project Manager - Corporate Banking & Account Hierarchy
Location- Boston (accepting locals only)
Accepting W2 only
We're looking for an Agile Project Manager to join our team and help deliver complex projects in the corporate banking space. This role will be paired with a Product Manager who has deep domain expertise. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the agile process and manage the project lifecycle, with a focus on corporate banking and account hierarchy requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate all agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to refine and manage the product backlog, ensuring requirements for corporate banking and account hierarchy are well-defined and prioritized.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to break down complex requirements into user stories and tasks.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and manage dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders and the wider team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, helping the team become more efficient and effective.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of corporate banking products, processes, and systems.
- Demonstrated experience with account hierarchy structures and management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) or another agile framework is a plus.
- (Preferred) Experience in implementing websites and other digital solutions, with a focus on marketing technology (MarTech) platforms.
- (Preferred) Familiarity with MarTech ecosystems, including content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and digital asset management (DAM) systems.
