1. Strong experience in Tableau, Certification In Tableau needed.
2. Good amount of experience buillding SSIS Packages.
3. Banking experience very important (Preferred BofA, TD, Charles Schwab, JPMC)
Hold with client very strong, 95% interview chances for the right candidate, also only consultants who can work on W2 are needed. No H1Bs allowed
