Job Details
- Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, with a minimum of 5-6 years specifically focused on the Salesforce platform.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, or the Salesforce Platform and a solid understanding of how Salesforce operates, including objects, fields, relationships, and automation capabilities. Experience with API-based integrations is a strong plus.
- Business Skills: Proven ability to gather and analyze complex business requirements, model ROI, and build compelling business cases.
- Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience and present to executive leadership. Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and influence without authority.
- Methodology: Strong experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a history of managing full development life cycles.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science). An MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
- Experience with other Salesforce-related technologies such as CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or MuleSoft.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, vector databases, and MLOps.
- Domain expertise in a specific industry (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Enterprise SaaS).
- Experience in a B2B or B2C environment, depending on the role's focus.
