Sr. Salesforce Administrator
Overview:
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to take strategic ownership of the Salesforce platform, ensuring its stability, security, and alignment with business needs. This role goes beyond routine maintenance, focusing on platform optimization, release management, and delivering scalable solutions while partnering with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage the full Salesforce release lifecycle using Change Sets, SFDX/CLI, and code repositories (GitHub, Azure DevOps).

Provide strategic guidance on system architecture, data modeling, and long-term platform scalability.

Design and maintain secure access models (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).

Monitor and prepare for Salesforce seasonal releases; drive adoption of new features.

Build and manage Experience Cloud portals for engaging user experiences.

Perform advanced administrative functions user management, data integrity, reports, dashboards, and automations (Salesforce Flow).

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and manage end-to-end testing and deployment.
Qualifications:

Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin/Platform App Builder preferred).

10 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.

Strong expertise in deployment tools & release management (Change Sets, SFDX, CLI).

Proven experience with Experience Cloud and complex security/data models.

Proficiency in Salesforce Flow for process automation.

Experience with Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Einstein is a plus.

Self-motivated, proactive, and excellent at cross-team collaboration.
