Role Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Program Manager with proven experience in multi-technologies (SAP, Non-SAP, Infrastructure) and enterprise-wide transformations. This role requires leadership across multiple geographies, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage large-scale, multi-vendor programs in a fast-paced environment. Acting as an extended arm of the CIO, the Program Manager will provide executive visibility, governance, and assurance of delivery excellence.

Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies

Program Leadership & Delivery

Lead multi-technology rollouts across multiple geographies, ensuring standardization and alignment with corporate objectives.

Oversee MDM, SAP, and non-SAP integrations to enable a harmonized enterprise data and systems landscape.

Drive large-scale transformation programs in multi-vendor environments, ensuring scope clarity, collaboration, and vendor accountability.

Plan and execute transition management activities, enabling smooth handover to operations and post go-live stabilization.

Demonstrate resilience under pressure with the ability to deliver under aggressive schedules.

Governance & Risk Management

Drive Steering Committee (Steer Com) engagements with clear communication of risks, dependencies, and decision points.

Define, track, and report program metrics to measure progress, value realization, and performance outcomes.

Establish robust governance frameworks, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for transparent executive visibility.

Facilitate CCB, PRB, and FRB processes to manage scope, design decisions, and risks effectively.

Ensure IT governance adherence across functional (tollgates, milestone reviews, audits) and technical (testing, deployment) activities.

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and business impacts.

Change & Transition Management

Lead change management initiatives to ensure effective adoption of new processes and systems across impacted business units.

Monitor and control project scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.

Apply expertise in functional (scope/cost/schedule) and technical (deployment) change management practices.

Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement

Act as an extended arm of the CIO, providing consolidated program insights, executive briefings, and decision support.

Influence C-suite stakeholders with strong executive presence and clear communication of progress, risks, and dependencies.

Manage multi-vendor relationships across hardware, software, consulting, and integration partners, ensuring delivery accountability.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (IT, Business, Operations, Finance, etc.) to align strategy, requirements, and execution.

Proven success in cross-cultural communication and managing globally dispersed teams across time zones.

Financial & Analytical Management

Proficient in budgeting and financial management, including CapEx/OpEx tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps, opportunities, and optimization areas in processes and tools.

Skilled in program monitoring, KPIs, and executive-level reporting with attention to quality and outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Leadership & People Management

Lead, motivate, and guide program teams; assign responsibilities; foster collaboration and accountability.

Mentor and coach team members for professional development and performance growth.

Apply conflict resolution, decision-making, and team-building expertise to maintain alignment and productivity.

Manage hybrid and remote teams effectively, ensuring high engagement and delivery excellence.

Operate with high work ethic, self-motivation, and minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications & Experience

15+ years of progressive Program/Project Management experience within global enterprises.

Minimum 5+ years of direct experience in S/4 HANA rollouts, SAP transformations, or large ERP programs.

Proven ability to manage multi-vendor, multi-geography programs with complex dependencies.

Deep understanding of MDM, SAP, and non-SAP integration landscapes.

Expertise in governance, metrics-driven delivery, and stakeholder management at executive levels.

Strong background in business process transformation and enterprise change management.

Prior experience in transition management for global rollouts.
