SAP PP/QM Consultant with MRP (Local to Plano, TX Only)

Role: SAP PP/QM Consultant- MRP

Location: Plano TX (Please submit Local Candidates)

SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management):

Configuration and Customization:

• Analyze and understand to Configure SAP PP module settings including master data (Material Master, BOMs, Recipe, Routings, Work Centers), and production orders.
• Customize production planning processes such as demand management, capacity planning, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and shop floor control.
• Develop and implement enhancements to SAP PP functionality using user exits, BAPIs, and other available tools.

Production Planning and Execution:

• Design and optimize production planning processes, including discrete manufacturing, repetitive manufacturing, and process industry solutions.
• Manage the planning and execution of production orders, batch management, and process orders to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
• Support production scheduling and capacity planning to minimize bottlenecks and ensure on-time delivery.

Business Analysis and Process Improvement:

• Work with key business users to understand their production planning requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and provide recommendations for process improvements to optimize production efficiency.

General Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions for Enhancements with key stakeholders, understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Provide technical and functional expertise, troubleshooting issues, and resolving them efficiently.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and test scripts.
• Train end-users on SAP PP/QM processes and best practices, ensuring effective adoption of new solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, IM ).
