Job Title: Senior SAP EHS Consultant

Location: Jackson, Mississippi ( monthly week at Client place Travel will be paid)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP EHS Consultant to lead and support SAP Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) implementations and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge in regulatory compliance, industrial safety, and hazardous materials management, coupled with strong SAP EHS module expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP EHS projects including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP EHS modules, including:
    • Product Safety & Stewardship (PS&S)
    • Dangerous Goods Management (DGM)
    • Hazardous Substance Management (HSM)
    • Occupational Health (OH)
    • Industrial Hygiene and Safety (IH&S)
    • Incident Management (IM)
    • Risk Assessment & Audit Management
  • Integrate EHS with SAP MM, PP, QM, PM, and EHSM modules.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards (e.g., REACH, OSHA, GHS, ISO 14001).
  • Develop and review SDS (Safety Data Sheets), labels, and other compliance documentation.
  • Provide support for ongoing system operations and enhancements.
  • Train key users and provide post-go-live support.
  • Lead client workshops, prepare documentation, and present solutions to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EHS implementations and support.
  • Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP EHS.
  • Strong configuration skills in core EHS sub-modules.
  • Good understanding of global chemical regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong integration experience with other SAP modules (MM, PP, PM, QM).
  • Ability to write functional specs for developers and coordinate with ABAP team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP EHS Certification.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA Environment Management.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to EHS.
  • Familiarity with third-party tools for compliance management.
  • Previous domain experience in Manufacturing, Chemicals, or Pharma industry.
