AI Solution Architect
Key Role:

Design and implement effective AI solution architecture or strategy utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods to address clients' business problems and needs while complying with the organization's strategies, business goals, and key ethical considerations. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience with data architecture or AI architecture
  • 5+ years of experience programming with Python, C++, Java, or Scala
  • 3+ years of experience with DevOps and automation frameworks, including Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, Tekton, GitLab CI / CD, or GitHub Actions, to streamline the sof tware delivery process in event-sourced applications
  • 3+ years of experience in containerization and container orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes or Docker
  • 2+ years of experience with client e nga gements, client-facing project work, and business development
  • Experience building data science, AI, and machine learning solutions that support operational business and mission use cases
  • Experience turning requirements into implementations and evaluating architectural tradeoffs
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree


Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience with Zero T rus t pillars, preferably the data pillar, including access controls, data tagging, or telemetry for data access
  • Experience with event-driven architectures
  • Experience with self-hosted AI, ML, data engineering, or sof tware-based projects
  • Knowledge of Databricks, PyTorch, Tensorflow, Tableau, Palantir Foundry, Immuta, or similar commer cia l products
  • Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
  • Possession of excellent logic and reasoning skills
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Master's degree in CS or Engineering

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
