Summary:
Role-based dashboards with drilldowns and trend visualizations Real-time alerts and anomaly detection Optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop use The Business Analyst will drive requirement gathering, process mapping, and ensure the dashboard is both intuitive and aligned with telecom operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Client is developing a mobile and web-based dashboard to provide a real-time, unified view of key business and network metrics.
  • The platform will consolidate data across Network Operations, Sales, Activations, and Customer Experience to support both technical and business decision-makers.
  • Core Areas Covered: Network Metrics - site status, latency, outages
  • 5G/LTE performance Sales & Activations - daily volumes, porting, channel performance
  • Customer Issues - trouble tickets, top complaints
  • NPS trends Operational KPIs - uptime, SLA breaches, productivity insights

Must have skills for this role:
  • Telecom Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of mobile network operations, SIM activation, provisioning, porting, and telecom KPIs.
  • Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Experience translating business needs into clear user stories, data requirements, and functional specs.
  • Dashboard & Metrics Experience: Familiarity with KPIs, trend analysis, and building intuitive dashboards for both technical and non-technical users.
  • UI/UX Collaboration: Ability to work closely with designers using tools like Figma to shape user journeys and wireframes.
  • Data Understanding: Comfort working with structured data, querying/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and interpreting metrics.
  • Agile/ Scrum Methodology: Skilled in using JIRA/Confluence to manage backlogs, sprints, and documentation.
  • Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to interface with engineering, product, sales, and network teams to align goals and resolve blockers.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid days off based on tenure, up to 40 hours paid sick time, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
