Job Details
Role: Oracle Fusion Business Analyst
Location: Beverly Hills, CA (Hybrid)
Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify access gaps, working closely with the security team to implement appropriate solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between division business leaders, end users, and technical teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of security-related issues.
- Actively participate in Oracle Fusion implementation projects, providing support to both technical teams and business users while adhering to Project Management Office (PMO) best practices.
- (Preferred) Demonstrate knowledge of Oracle Fusion Security, including custom roles, privileges, data security policies, and Segment Value Security.
- Work closely with business team leads to understand business roles and functions, coordinating necessary changes with the security team.
- Facilitate user-to-business role mapping by collaborating with business team leads to assist the security team in user provisioning during implementation.
- Support the maintenance of Data Security Policies to restrict access based on business needs (e.g., Business Units, Ledgers, Inventory Organizations).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion business process analysis.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion business process workflows and security access coordination.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion workflows, including:
- Record-to-Report (RTR)
- Procure-to-Pay (PTP)
- Project-to-Complete (PTC)
- Order-to-Cash (OTC)
- Tax and other financial processes
- Proficiency in mapping Oracle Fusion RTR, PTP, OTC, and PTC processes into the Oracle security role framework.
- Working knowledge of Fusion Cloud ERP configuration and Oracle security tables.
- Experience in at least two Oracle Fusion implementation projects as a Business Analyst.
- Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Security, including custom roles, privileges, data security policies, and Segment Value Security.
- Desirable: Familiarity with Pathlock.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
