Required Certification:
Current Azure AZ-305 certification (must be uploaded with resume)
Current AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification (must be uploaded with resume)
Microsoft Certified System Administration / Engineer / Solution Expert or Unix/Linux OS certification

Preferred Certification:
Salesforce AD201 and AD301 certifications (highly desired)

Required Education:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Technology, or related field

Preferred Education:
Advanced technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Skills:
At least 10 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst / Network Administrator.
5+ years of experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) in enterprise environments.
7+ years of experience integrating legacy systems with cloud-based applications.
Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting DevOps pipelines and cloud automation frameworks.
Advanced experience with Terraform, YAML, and Azure Cloud-Hub.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Serverless Computing.
Advanced experience with Azure DevOps (creating and migrating pipelines across instances).
Experience with Gearset for Salesforce cloud deployments.
Strong scripting expertise in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Deep understanding of networking, virtualization, and cloud security concepts.
Advanced experience managing and monitoring scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant cloud environments.
Strong communication and presentation skills to engage technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
Experience working in multi-vendor cloud environments integrating Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.
Advanced experience with Web Services, REST, and APIs.
Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, and CI/CD build tools.
Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Continuous Delivery (CD) frameworks.

Overview:
The DevOps Cloud Engineer serves as a technical expert responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting cloud-based IT solutions across Azure and AWS environments. This role focuses on developing and operationalizing secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and automation frameworks to support enterprise applications.
The position requires deep expertise in cloud architecture, DevOps automation, containerization, and integration of legacy systems with modern cloud services. The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects, developers, and IT leadership to ensure consistent, secure, and efficient delivery of cloud services.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Azure, AWS, and other cloud-based platforms.
Oversee operational frameworks for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation pipelines.
Lead automation efforts to reduce manual work and ensure transparency across cloud operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
Deploy, configure, and manage containers, Kubernetes, and automation tools.
Integrate legacy systems with new cloud platforms and oversee technical gap analyses.
Develop and maintain CI/CD frameworks and tools for application deployment.
Lead cross-functional teams through design, testing, and deployment of cloud solutions.
Implement monitoring tools and lead operations during outage events.
Manage cloud infrastructure including networking, storage, and compute resources.
Provide 24/7 on-call support as part of a rotational schedule.
Document technical solutions, issues, and timelines for stakeholders.
