About the Role


We are seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver innovative learning experiences that support a next-generation ERP platform within a fast-paced SaaS environment. In this role, you'll create engaging eLearning content, collaborate with technical teams, and help shape how users learn and adopt complex software products. The ideal candidate combines deep instructional design expertise with a passion for technology, AI innovation, and creative content development.



What You'll Do



  • Develop custom eLearning and technical training content for newly launched ERP software, producing over 250 training assets and 80+ hours of tailored instructional material.

  • Lead the adoption of the Successive Approximation Model (SAM) with a team of instructional designers to accelerate development while maintaining high content quality.

  • Innovate content creation by integrating AI tools for video scripting, editing, and voice-over generation to improve speed and consistency.

  • Author and maintain key departmental documentation, including content standards, SME collaboration guides, and process playbooks.

  • Create and own Camtasia video templates and visual standards used across the L&D department.

  • Partner with software developers, engineers, and product owners to translate technical workflows into clear, learner-friendly content.

  • Measure training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and data-driven insights to refine learning outcomes.

  • Co-administer a Learning Management System (LMS), managing over 40 courses and optimizing course organization and accessibility.

  • Mentor new team members through a structured onboarding program and ongoing coaching.

  • Contribute to high-impact learning projects, including AI Skills Training, AI Agent Enablement, and WMS Product Training.



What You'll Bring



  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning, or technical training within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.

  • Strong experience with Camtasia, Articulate 360, Rise, or similar eLearning tools.

  • Familiarity with LMS administration and learning data management.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with technical subject matter experts.

  • Creative approach to learning design with a focus on simplifying complex technical topics.

  • Experience leveraging AI tools in content development preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Education, or a related field.
