Title: Operations Lead MarTech Platform & Personalization
Location: Chicago, or remote
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, technically proficient, and business-savvy Operations Lead MarTech Platform & Personalization to oversee and optimize support operations for our enterprise Adobe ecosystem, supporting dataflows, outbound marketing integrations, and platform uptime. This role plays a critical function in ensuring the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of systems across Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, while leading a globally distributed operations team. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of platform knowledge, leadership, incident response discipline, and process improvement capabilities to drive customer engagement and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 8+ years of experience in enterprise platform operations, technical support, or MarTech/Creative Tech administration.
- Hands-on experience operating platforms within Adobe Experience Cloud (RT-CDP, AJO, Analytics, Target, CJA) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Acrobat, Workfront).
- Strong technical knowledge of identity management systems (Federated ID and Adobe ID) and integration technologies (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Kafka, MongoDB).
- Proven experience leading global teams (onshore/offshore) with shift coverage models and SLA enforcement.
- Deep understanding of incident management, RCA, and proactive monitoring using observability and alerting tools.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Cherwell and working within ITIL or ITSM frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to work with non-technical partners.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Adobe Consulting Services or System Integrators.
- Experience integrating outbound platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Airship (SMS/Push), and social media marketing APIs.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices, Terraform, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Experience operating in high-traffic, consumer-focused environments such as retail or e-commerce.
- Strong leadership skills with a bias toward action, accountability, and operational rigor.
- Passion for proactive issue detection, process automation, and operational efficiency.
