**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to oversee a variety of technology projects aimed at enhancing our operational capabilities and ensuring the seamless integration of IT systems within our organization. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Project Planning and Execution:** Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
2. **Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, business leaders, and external vendors, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
3. **Resource Management:** Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project success.
4. **Risk Management:** Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure continuity of operations.
5. **Communication:** Maintain clear and open communication channels with project stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and challenges.
6. **Quality Assurance:** Implement best practices and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions that meet business requirements.
7. **Change Management:** Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization.
8. **Documentation:** Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
**Requirements:**
1. **Education:** Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. PMP or similar certification preferred.
2. **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the utility or energy sector. Experience with enterprise-level IT systems and infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
3. **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and enterprise architecture principles.
4. **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
5. **Leadership Abilities:** Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and drive project success in a dynamic environment.
6. **Adaptability:** Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs while maintaining a focus on project objectives and deadlines.
