RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a growing and established Technology company in the Phoenix, AZ area, is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this exclusive search assignment. This position is hybrid remote. Must live in the Phoenix, AZ area. The Senior Product Manager will lead the company's suite products and software solutions and will be responsible for directing all aspects of the product strategy, ownership of the roadmap that maximizes customer value, and delivery of products that meet business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
* Continuously develop the product vision and strategy, utilizing design thinking
* Lead the charge in discovering customer problems and market opportunities, you will collaborate with other teams, including marketing, sales, and UX, to gather input and deliver solutions that enhance safety and streamline operations for our customers
* Create and communicate a clear roadmap that ensures the product vision aligns with business goals and objectives
* Analyze product performance and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for ongoing product enhancements
* Manage the entire product lifecycle ensuring products evolve iteratively
* Prioritize product features that maximize customer and business value
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer, business, and market needs
* Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and review competitive landscape on regular basis
* Collaborate with various teams, including finance and SLT, to set product pricing
* Collaborate with Scrum team to ensure product requirements are clearly communicated and executed on time and on budget
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop product training materials and execute go-to-market strategies
* Own, manage and collaborate with product owners to communicate product changes both internally and externally

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Computer engineering, IT or related field or equivalent work experience
* 5-7+ years of experience in Product Management and Product Definition
* Experience of going through a full product lifecycle from inception to end of life
* Experience in integrating customer feedback loops to ensure Voice of Customer (VOC) is captured
* Experience working with SaaS platforms
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Azure DevOps, and product management tools
* Deep understanding of product management best practices, with experience implementing these in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships and influence without formal authority
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
* Ability to translate product roadmap into executable deliverables
* Experience working in transportation, Fleet Management, OEM, and/or telematics industry is a plus but not required
* Understanding of SDLC is desired

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
