Job Details
Design, develop, and configure Siebel CRM applications to meet business needs.
Implement and maintain Siebel Workflows, Business Services, and eScript.
Perform Siebel configuration, UI modifications, and integration with external systems.
Develop and maintain Siebel objects (BC, BO, Applets, Views, Screens).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high system availability.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
Conduct unit testing, system testing, and performance tuning.
Support Siebel upgrades, patches, and migrations.
Strong knowledge of Siebel CRM architecture, configuration, and scripting.
Hands-on experience with Siebel Tools, Siebel Workflows, Business Services, eScript, and Siebel Open UI.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server).
Experience with Web Services, EAI, and Siebel Integration Objects.
Familiarity with Siebel performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and version control tools.
