Our government client is looking for an experienced Business Intelligence/ Systems Analyst on an onsite 12+ months renewable contract role in Raleigh, NC.
Position: Business Intelligence/ Systems Analyst
W2 RATE - $58/HR
Job Description:
Expected Skills: Able to work without assistance; can provide leadership to others; able to manage complex work efforts; may have advanced education; may have deep industry experience.
Description (including, but not limited to):
1. Guidance and leadership in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures, or business applications and products that run on those platforms, beyond that of a Developer / Programmer
2. Understanding and knowledge of application development and architecture that serves as a strong base for technical expertise in a specific product or program
3. Analysis, visual design, development, data analysis, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions, maintenance (including production support), etc. Key
Required/Desired Skills and Experience:
- 3 years of Quality Improvement Expertise: Proven experience in quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) and their application in healthcare or h Required
- 3 years of Agile Development Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile principles, with practical experience in applying them to health IT system development Required
- 3 years of Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in SAS programming and Power BI for creating data visualizations, dashboards, and reports Required
- 3 years of Program Evaluation & Research Methodology: Experience in program evaluation, including designing surveys, developing focus group facilitation strategi Required
- 3 years of Communication & Presentation Skills: Strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present findings to both technical and non Required
- 3 years of Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work closely with various teams (provider engagement, operations, analytics) and stakeholders to align quality Required
- 3 years of Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of quality outcomes Required
- 3 years of Population Health Analysis: Understanding of population health concepts and how health data can be leveraged to derive insights that inform clinical Required
