Summary

Job Title: Appian Tech Lead with AI Exp
Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid)

Job Description:

Design and develop scalable applications using the Appian BPM suite including SAIL Process Models Records Reports Sites and Web APIs1
Collaborate with business analysts architects and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Develop integrations with external systems using RESTSOAP services and Appian plugins
Optimize and troubleshoot existing Appian applications for performance and scalability
Ensure adherence to Appian best practices coding standards and security guidelines
Participate in code reviews unit testing and deployment activities
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
Maintain documentation for design development and deployment processes
Required Skills Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Appian components SAIL CDT Process Models Records Reports Sites
Experience with Appian version 21x or higher
Proficiency in Appian plugin development and integration
Solid understanding of relational databases eg MySQL Oracle SQL Server
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
Appian Level 1 or Level 2 certification preferred
Excellent problem solving communication and interpersonal skills1
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DevOps tools and CICD pipelines for Appian deployments
Exposure to Appian RPA and Appian AI features
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform1
