Job Description:
Apex Systems is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant for a fully remote contract opportunity with a leading regional, non-profit health plan and healthcare provider.
Summary: The Customer Experience Consultant will manage and execute internal business processes across multiple regions and cross-functional teams to meet market requirements for quality, accuracy, and timeliness. This role serves as the central point of contact for collaborating with internal functional partners to resolve inquiries and issues from both internal teams and members/customers.
Responsibilities:
Will use regional benefit expertise and regional process expertise to 1) quote, 2) confirm and install and then 3) audit National Account customers in assigned market.
Skills: Benefit knowledge; meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills.
This is a role in Sales and Account Management but is not a client facing role.

- Coordinate regional business processes for RFPs.
- Lead renewals for National Account customers.
- Execute benefit exception processes.
- Collaborate with UW for rate requests.
- Ensure accuracy of benefits and rates with NPD and UW.
- Audit RFP documents for accuracy.
- Include global benefit changes in RFPs.
- Manage SBC processes for Fully Insured business.
- Distribute final SBC to National Account Team.
- Validate draft SBC documents.
- Lead Confirmation and Installation Seasons processes.
- Review final provisions and rates templates.
- Execute installation processes for sold renewals.
- Maintain Standardized Account Structure templates.
- Partner with Case Installation teams.
- Conduct QA post-installation.
- Provide excellent service and timely resolutions.
- Resolve member/customer inquiries.
- Consult with Regional AM for quality issues.
- Serve as primary contact for National Account Team.
- Assist UW in resolving rate issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or four years of related experience. High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum two years of account service or case installation experience in health insurance.
- Project/program management experience.
- Technical experience in provider billing, claims administration, provider relations, provider contracting, revenue cycle finance, and data analytics.
- Knowledge of health insurance market and health plan administration.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word.
