Job Description:-

1. Technical Proficiency:
1. Design and Implementation: The ability to design and implement test environments, including hardware, software, network, and data configurations, especially related to Oracle ERP/Financials systems, experience with Oracle Fusion is preferred
2. Data Management: Expertise in creating and managing test data in complex, highly integrated environments; including production data that has been scrubbed of sensitive information and synthetic data
3. Automation and Scripting: Experience with scripting and automation to streamline processes and ensure efficient test environment management
2. Coordination and Collaboration:

1. Collaboration: The ability to coordinate with development, testing, and other teams to ensure that test environments and data meet their needs
2. Documentation: Maintaining clear and accurate documentation of test environments and data management processes
3. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues related to test environments and data

1. Compliance and Security:

1. Data Privacy: Experience scrubbing & protecting sensitive data in test environments and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
2. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks to the environment and defining mitigation strategies
3. Security: Ensuring that test environments and data comply with IT security guidelines and data compliance regulations
