Job description:
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain technical documentation for end-user solutions.
Provide ongoing production support, maintenance, and updates.
Oversee responsibilities across business and technical teams as needed.
Pull data for regulatory and compliance inquiries.
Maintain centralized inventory controls and supervision documentation.
Review, design, and implement new processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
Support business requirements, UAT testing, training, and implementation for new initiatives and system changes.
Drive ongoing CAT reporting, governance, and risk management deliverables.
Manage open project deficiencies and ensure timely resolution.
Work with business lines to review new trade flows for accurate CAT reporting.
Conduct holistic documentation and process logic reviews.
Provide ongoing training to end users on systems and department processes.
Provide feedback to leadership and partner on process enhancements.
Validate CAT requirements, mapping accuracy, and implement necessary process modifications.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree OR High School Diploma + 3+ years of securities, banking, tech, or industry experience.
1+ year experience in securities/banking/technology or job-specific industry.
Experience with brokerage systems.
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
SQL knowledge/ability.
Understanding of risk assessment methodologies.
Experience creating and implementing reporting workflows and processes.
Strong operational mindset with product, process, and regulatory awareness.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across departments.
Strong organizational, data management, and analytical skills.
1+ year experience in securities/banking/technology or job-specific industry.
