Job Details
Position: Technical System Analyst
Duration: 6 months w/ possible extension
Location: Maine (Remote work)
This Systems Analyst recruitment is to place a highly qualified, detail-oriented and technically proficient Systems Analyst to support a core Oracle application. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting technical analysis, grooming the product backlog, and maintaining comprehensive documentation to support ongoing development and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth technical analysis of Oracle-based systems and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and prioritize the application backlog.
- Create and maintain clear, accurate documentation for system processes and enhancements.
Support administrative functions including:
- Application deployment certification processes.
- Preparation and submission of waiver documentation.
- Representing DAFS Applications in Maine IT's Change Management processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Oracle applications and enterprise systems analysis.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog grooming practices.
- Experience with IT administrative processes, including change management and deployment support
