Position Overview

We are seeking ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to enhance our market presence in the United States. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in developing new clients within relevant fields, with a strong preference for those who possess experience in industrial computing or embedded systems. A solid understanding of embedded motherboards and Box PCs, along with familiarity with the US market dynamics, will be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities

  • Main Task - identify and develop new business opportunities in the embedded computing market.
  • Represent DFI at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings. Visiting and exhibiting at expos is required. This role will be equipped with the ability to call booths.
  • Manage and expand relationships with key customers, distributors, and system integrators.
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Engineering, Marketing, Technical Support and Project support team at HQ) to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive pipeline management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in developing new clients within relevant fields, with a strong preference for those who possess experience in industrial computing or embedded systems.
  • Strong ability to research, prospect, and qualify accounts to drive business opportunities.
  • With knowledge of embedded boards (SBCs, COM modules) and Box PCs, including technical specifications and market applications is a plus.
  • Established professional network and familiarity with industrial computing markets.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in both virtual and in-person team environments.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
