We have partnered with our client in their search for a Client Solutions Architect.


Responsibilities



  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through technology strategy, solution design, and project planning.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective IT solutions aligned with business goals.

  • Lead the development of project roadmaps and write detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) for cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, and cybersecurity initiatives.

  • Support pre-sales efforts by conducting technical assessments, validating proposals, and identifying new project opportunities.

  • Oversee the implementation of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with proposed architectures, timelines, and budgets.

  • Drive continuous improvement by defining technical standards, optimizing tools, and implementing automation to enhance service delivery.

  • Maintain strong client relationships, resolve complex technical challenges, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and trust.


Skills Required



  • Proven client-facing experience with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong technical background in Microsoft Servers, Windows OS, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and cybersecurity best practices.

  • Experience building solution roadmaps and writing scopes of work for IT projects.

  • Familiarity with cloud adoption frameworks (CAF) and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) models.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.


Education & Work Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in IT solution architecture, systems engineering, or a similar technical consulting role within an MSP or IT services environment.
