Role Overview

As the CPTO, you will drive the vision, architecture, and execution of our flagship platform Manufacturing Superintelligence an AI-powered industrial knowledge base that empowers plant-level decisions across global manufacturing operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead at the intersection of AI, IIoT, cloud technology, and advanced product strategy, transforming how manufacturing intelligence is created, consumed, and operationalized.

Key Responsibilities

Technology & Architecture Leadership

• Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer outcomes.
• Lead architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performance AI-driven platforms.
• Drive excellence across engineering, data science, DevOps, and IT functions.
• Introducing cutting-edge practices in edge computing, industrial AI/ML ops, and cloud-native infrastructure.

Product Strategy & Execution

• Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle with a customer-first mindset.
• Translate market trends and customer needs into scalable, AI-first product solutions.
• Define key product metrics (KPIs) to track adoption, impact, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and scale high-performing product, design, and technology teams across geographies.

AI-Centric Innovation

• Champion the integration of AI/ML across all product layers from prediction and optimization to autonomous decision-making and control.
• Ensure development of ethical, explainable, and high-accuracy AI models with high impact.
• Collaborate with R&D to identify emerging technologies and bring innovative ideas to market swiftly.

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to ensure go-to-market alignment.
• Interface directly with key customers and partners to gather insights and steer product evolution.
• Represent technology and product vision in executive leadership forums and strategic initiatives.

Governance, Compliance & Risk

• Ensure adherence to global compliance standards (GDPR, SOC2, ISO, etc.) and data governance policies.
• Oversee technology budgeting, cybersecurity protocols, and risk mitigation frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of progressive experience in AI & technology roles.
• 2+ years in a senior leadership position (CTO, CPTO, VP Engineering/Product) in an AI or deep-tech company.
• Proven success in building scalable AI-driven SaaS or IIoT platforms.
• Strong background in data architecture, AI/ML pipelines, edge computing, and cloud-native solutions (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
• Experience in Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and modern product development practices.
• Prior experience in global product rollouts and distributed team management.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related field preferred.
