In this role, you will serve as both a thought leader and hands-on contributor, shaping the direction of our NetSuite platform and ensuring its successful adoption across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in product ownership and ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, and who can influence both business processes and technical execution. You will be responsible not just for delivery, but for ensuring that NetSuite continues to evolve with the business and becomes a well-adopted, strategic enabler of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a small team of Product Owners, ensuring consistency in standards, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
* Serve as a key liaison between business users, IT, and leadership to align priorities and drive adoption of NetSuite and other enterprise solutions
* Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for your portfolio, with a strong focus on NetSuite modules (financials, order management, procurement, inventory, etc.)
* Champion continuous improvement of NetSuite usage across departments - leading workshops, gathering feedback, and identifying system enhancements
* Manage end-to-end delivery of new features and process improvements: from backlog grooming and user story writing to UAT and post-launch support
* Facilitate requirements gathering, technical handoffs, and cross-functional alignment with business, IT, and vendor teams
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ERP usage, data quality, and business process automation

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
* 5-8+ years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager role, including 2+ years leading other Product Owners or Analysts
* Demonstrated success owning, improving, and supporting NetSuite ERP in a production environment
* Strong understanding of business processes such as finance, supply chain, procurement, and sales operations
* Deep experience with Agile product development and backlog management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to synthesize feedback, evaluate competing priorities, and make thoughtful trade-offs

Preferred Qualifications:
* Agile certifications (CSPO, PSPO, or similar)
* Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) are a plus
* Experience with NetSuite integrations, workflows, and customization
* Background in ERP governance or data quality initiatives
* Experience working with third-party consultants or NetSuite Solution Providers
