Position: Service Delivery Manager

Location: Carrolton, TX(Hybrid)

Full-time

The Application Development Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of software applications, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience in managing onsite development teams.

Must Have:

- Proven experience in managing application development projects

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Experience with project planning, resource allocation, and risk management

- Hands-on experience with enterprise application platforms and tools

Nice to have:

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

- Exposure to healthcare or life sciences domain

- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR)

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage onsite application development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables

- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and compliance requirements

- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to leadership

- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance

- Support post-deployment activities including maintenance and enhancements
