Talent Space is looking for a fulltime Salesforce Product Owner for a Healthcare client in SoCal.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Salesforce Product Owner will lead the development and enhancement of Salesforce-based solutions, with expertise in Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Service Cloud. You will define and drive the product roadmap, ensuring the successful delivery that meet customer needs and business objectives. You will drives cross-functional alignment, mentor junior Product Owners, and takes ownership of complex products or portfolios. This requires an expertise in Agile product deliver, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and in-depth understanding of the product development lifecycle. The Sr Product Owner works closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

  • Define / articulate the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce Health Cloud, Data and Service Cloud implementations.
  • Drive the adoption and use of Health Cloud features (supporting contact center, patient management, care coordination, and provider collaboration tools to support improved healthcare outcomes).
  • Leverage Service Cloud functionalities, including case management, omni-channel support, and knowledge bases, to elevate both customer and patient support experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into detailed Epics, Features and user stories and technical specifications.
  • Facilitate roadmap and quarterly planning, as well as sprint reviews across teams; regularly communicate the product roadmap to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development and enhancement of Data Cloud for marketing capabilities to unify and activate data across systems, enabling advanced analytics, personalization, and increased operational efficiency.
  • Own and manage large, complex product backlogs with clarity, prioritization, and alignment to business value.
  • Drive strategic alignment across multiple teams and business units; work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of features and enhancements.
  • Partner with the development teams during sprint planning to ensure a shared understanding of requirements, translating them into detailed Epics, Features and user stories.

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field of study from an accredited college or university. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience.
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years as a Technical Product Owner in Agile Development.
  • 5+ years of experience leading / managing large projects, budgets of $1M+.
  • Prioritization techniques such as MoSCow, Value vs. Effort, and Kano Model.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Service Cloud
  • System documentation, (APIs, Pub/Sub architectures, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform).

Certified Product Owner, Scale Agile Framework (SAFe) or 5+ years of related experience in Agile environment.

Role is 100% Onsite in Irvine, CA.
